Lake Superior Quality Innovation Network (QIN) serves as a local change agent—in Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin—to help the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) achieve national health care quality goals.

Our QIN works on data-driven quality initiatives in partnership with health care providers, stakeholders, Medicare consumers and their families across the three states. It is one of 14 Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organizations (QIN-QIOs) across the country striving for better health, better care, and lower costs.

Three organizations are working together through the QIN. Each serves as a locally integrated field team for its state by improving health quality at the community level:
